About Us
Local Expertise. Enterprise Results.
A locally owned IT company based in Silsbee, Texas.
We're not a national chain or a help-desk-in-a-box. JT Networx is a locally owned IT company serving businesses across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana, backed by more than 15 years of hands-on experience.
Our team holds industry certifications — including UniFi / Ubiquiti — and we treat every client's network like it's our own. That means proactive monitoring, real accountability, and someone who actually picks up the phone.
We design, install and support networks, security, cloud services, hardware and cabling for small and mid-sized businesses — and we build software like TrackAll to help our clients run their operations.
JT Networx is operated by John Thomas D.B.A. JT Networx.
