Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how John Thomas D.B.A. JT Networx ("JT Networx", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website (jtnetworx.com), our TrackAll application, our text messaging program, and our IT services.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company and message when you contact us or request a quote.
• Account information (TrackAll): your name, email address, phone number (if you add one), sign-in settings such as two-factor authentication and passkeys, and the records you create in the app.
• Text messaging information: your mobile number, your consent to receive texts (including when and how you opted in), opt-out requests, and records of the messages we send you.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and request logs collected by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site working.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To operate TrackAll, including signing you in and keeping your account secure.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive (security codes, account alerts and app notifications).
• To protect against fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

Mobile information and text messages

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS provider, Twilio), and only so they can deliver them.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Text Messaging page and SMS Terms for details.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
• Twilio: delivering text messages.
• Twilio SendGrid and Resend: delivering email (account emails and website inquiries).
• Google Workspace: business email and documents.
• Anthropic (Claude Code) and OpenAI (ChatGPT): AI-assisted software development and technical work, as described below.

Beyond these providers, we share information only if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or with your permission.

AI tools

We use AI-assisted tools, including Claude Code by Anthropic and ChatGPT by OpenAI, to help build and maintain software and with technical work. We do not enter passwords or other credentials into AI tools, we use sample data wherever possible, and we share client information with an AI tool only when needed for work the client asked for. Our AI accounts are set up so that our sessions are not used to train the providers' models. TrackAll does not send your data to AI services. Details are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. TrackAll uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Text messaging consent and opt-out records are kept as long as required to demonstrate compliance. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); TrackAll users can also delete their account from My account → Personal data.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and options such as two-factor authentication and passkeys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Update or remove your phone number in TrackAll under My account.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@jtnetworx.com.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders.
