JT Networx Account Alerts

Security codes, account alerts and notifications for TrackAll users who opt in.

What we send

  • One-time security and verification codes (sign-in, two-factor authentication, confirming your phone number)
  • Account security alerts (for example: password changed, new passkey added, account locked)
  • Notifications about your activity in the TrackAll app that you choose to receive

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. Messages come from (409) 547-7754.

How to opt in

Text messages are optional. We only text people who have agreed in one of these ways:

1. When signing up for TrackAll

The sign-up form has an optional mobile number field and a consent checkbox, unchecked by default. We only text the number if the box is checked. Here's what it looks like:

2. In TrackAll → My account

Signed-in users can add a mobile number on their profile page. The same unchecked consent checkbox and wording appear next to the number; texts start only after the box is checked and the number is confirmed with a one-time code.

3. By text message

Text START to (409) 547-7754. You'll get this reply:

Help and opting out

  • Reply HELP to any message. We'll reply: JT Networx: For help email support@jtnetworx.com or call (409) 926-6262. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We'll reply: JT Networx: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
