These Terms apply to the JT Networx website, the TrackAll application and the JT Networx Account Alertstext messaging program, provided by John Thomas D.B.A. JT Networx ("JT Networx", "we", "us"). By using them you agree to these Terms.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program name: JT Networx Account Alerts
Program description: JT Networx sends text messages to TrackAll users who opt in. Messages include:
- One-time security and verification codes (sign-in, two-factor authentication, confirming your phone number)
- Account security alerts (for example: password changed, new passkey added, account locked)
- Notifications about your activity in the TrackAll app that you choose to receive
How to opt in: check the text messaging consent box when you sign up for TrackAll or add a phone number in My account, or text START to (409) 547-7754. Details and examples are on our Text Messaging page.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again (for example by replying START).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using TrackAll; you can use email-based sign-in and notifications instead.
By opting in you confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, and that you are at least 18 years old.
We handle your mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy; we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Using our website and services
Use our website and TrackAll only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt them, access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use them to send spam. Your use is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your TrackAll sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@jtnetworx.com if you think your account has been compromised.
IT services
Specific IT services (network, security, managed IT, cloud, hardware and cabling work) are governed by the quote or agreement for that work. Information on this website is general and isn't a binding offer.
Intellectual property
The JT Networx name, logo and website content belong to John Thomas D.B.A. JT Networx and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and TrackAll are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, JT Networx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll change the effective date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
